<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that conventional reproduction depends on a photographing condition of an animation image. <P>SOLUTION: The image distribution device 100 used by a user includes a road map selection means 120, a link image selection means 121, a route image selection means 122, a communication speed set means 123, a route tool 124, and an image tool 125, and the like. The user sets a route on a road map by the route tool 124, selects image information corresponding to the route by the link image selection means 121, extracts and reproduces an image corresponding to a position moving at a speed set by the image tool 125.
