PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller unit where a wire rod inserted in a cylindrical roller cannot drop out or the winding pitch does not change. SOLUTION: A coil spring 60 is composed of right winding wire rods 62, 66 and a left winding wire rod 64, whose winding directions are mutually reverse. The left winding wire rod 64 continues from the right end (left end in Figure 3) of the right winding wire rod, and the right winding wire rod 64 continues from the right end of the right winding wire rod 64. In the coil spring 60, the winding direction of the spring is reversed forming boundaries at a plurality of mutually separated places (where, boundaries 60a, 60b, 60c and 60d). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
