METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPLEX ELECTROFORMING METALLIC MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a complex electroforming metallic mold which can shorten the manufacturing time and is hardly deformed under high temperature. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method has: a step 11 for preparing metallic material; a step 12 for preparing an electroforming metallic plate, a plastic mold core and an electroforming base board; a step 13 for preparing an electric power source; a step 14 for forming electroforming deposit layer; and a mold separating step 15. A metallic material having a prescribed thickness is provided with a first combining surface. The electroforming metallic plate is provided with a second combining surface and a working surface corresponding to the first combining surface. On the working surface, the plastic mold core and the electroforming base board are combined. The first combining surface and the second combining surface are brought into contact with each other via a small area to promote the electroforming in both directions. The metallic material and the electroforming metallic plate are tightly combined with the electroforming deposit layer. Finally, the plastic mold core and the electroforming base board are removed.
