PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure certainty of horizontal maintenance of a liftable plate and a smooth action of an operation of 'storing/drawing out' in an underfloor storage type lifter for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A parallel link mechanism is constituted and developed as a method of 'the storing/drawing out' as follows. Symmetrical arm 11, 12 mounted to a vehicle chassis frame 10 through an arm base are connected to a lifter body 6 and the lifter body 6 is moved using a hydraulic cylinder 9 to carry out 'the storing/drawing out'.
