PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for manufacturing a dashboard part equipped with an airbag. SOLUTION: This method is a method for manufacturing the dashboard part (5) having a cover (15) for a protective system with the airbag. The cover is partitioned by a weakened line (13) at an inner side of a wall surface of the dashboard, and the weakened line forms an opening (33') for the airbag. In the method, a hard plastic layer (7) is injected (a), the inner side of the wall surface for constituting the weakened line is partially cut (b), the outside of the plastic layer is covered by decorative covers (9, 11) (c), a flap (27) having a hinge (27b) for a hinge for the cover and sensitive to oscillation generated by an oscillation welding device (35) is prepared (d), the flap is fixed at the cover (e), and a reinforcement frame (21) is oscillating-welded to the plastic layer (7) (f). Before the welding, oscillation is prevented from being conducted to the flap, the generated oscillation is prevented from being conducted to the weakened line for partitioning the cover even when the reinforcement frame is welded, and the flap is fixed at the reinforcement frame immediately before or after that.
