<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen utilization system having high heat efficiency, free from the discharge of carbon dioxide and capable of continuously producing and storing a large quantity of hydrogen. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen utilization system is provided with an atomic power plant 1 provided with an atomic reactor generating heat and gamma ray and a storage tank for storing a hydrogen producing medium producing hydrogen by receiving the gamma ray and for generating power, a circulation plant 7 for circulating the hydrogen producing medium to the tank to extract hydrogen from the hydrogen producing medium, a power and cold plant 2 for producing power and a cooling medium using the heat generated in the atomic power plant 1, a water electrolysis plant 3 for electrolyzing water by receiving the power from the power and cold plant 2 and the atomic power plant 1, a liquefying plant 4 for liquefying hydrogen extracted in the circulation plant 7 and hydrogen and oxygen produced in the water electrolysis plant 3 by receiving the cooling medium from the power and cold plant 2, a hydrogen storage facility 5 for adsorbing the cooled hydrogen with a hydrogen storage alloy and storing and a liquid oxygen storage facility 6 for storing the liquefied oxygen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
