PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic pavement body that can obtain a noise reducing effect enough to fulfill an environmental standard while maintaining slip preventing performance in a wet state. SOLUTION: An elastic pavement material 3 containing hard aggregate 32 with a Mohs' hardness of 8 or more, at 10-35 vol.% in the total elastic pavement material 3 in addition to soft aggregate 31 formed of brown algae-like rubber and a binder, is constructed on a backing 2 by site construction so that the porosity is 35-50% and that the coefficient of friction in the wet state is 0.45-0.9.
