PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an ozone generating apparatus which is compact, consists of a small number of parts, is manufactured easily and can generate a large quantity of ozone. SOLUTION: An ozone generating power source 1x of a main body 99 of this ozone generating apparatus has a function of generating three-phase AC high voltage for operating three ozone generating power sources by one unit. The power source 1x is composed of a three-phase rectifier circuit 101, a three- phase inverter circuit 102, a drive circuit 103 of the circuit 102, a control circuit 104 of the circuit 102, serial reactors 105a, 105b, a three-phase high-voltage transformer 106 and parallel reactors 107a, 107b, 107c.
