PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitors' book, wherein the rearrangement work after a complicated rite such as a funeral is simplified. SOLUTION: The visitors' book comprises visitor's name sheets 2, on the surface 2a of each of which the entry columns 4 of related item related to an visitor are printed. Hooking holes 2c are provided at the peripheral edge part of the visitor's name sheet 2. The entry column 4 consists of the address and zip code number column 4a of a visitor, its full number column 4b, its telephone number column 4c, the displaying column 4d of an organization related to the visitor and a private displaying column 4e. By inserting and hooking the engaging rings 3a of a binder 3 in the engaging holes 2c, a plurality of the visitor's name sheets 2 are bound so as to be formed into one visitors' book 1.
