PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an inkjet head which causes no position deviation between a channel of an actuator and a nozzle hole in the case where a nozzle plate is adhered to the actuator by using a heat-curable adhesive after the nozzle holes are formed on the nozzle plate. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the inkjet head comprises a process for making a composite member by heating to adhere the nozzle plate before processing of the nozzle holes to a support member, a process for forming the nozzle holes on the nozzle plate of the composite member, and a process for heating to adhere the composite member to the actuator using a heat-curable adhesive such that the composite member at the side of the support member is brought into contact with the actuator.
