摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper transfer speed control method for suppressing a paper transfer speed fluctuation caused by a fluctuation of a rotational speed of a DC motor in a thermal printer. SOLUTION: The DC motor for driving a feed roller is driven by a constant voltage, and at the same time, a thermal head is made to heat by a constant energy to transfer a paper. The transfer speed of the transferred paper is measured (step S11). Subsequently, an average transfer speed of the paper is calculated from the measured transfer speed (step S12). Whether or not the calculated average transfer speed is within a target range is detected (step S13).
