PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a high-quality resin molded product free from a weld or molding irregularities in a short molding cycle, in an injection molding die for molding a resin molded product and an injection molding method using the die. SOLUTION: A plurality of runners 6 and 7 are radially formed from a sprue in the parting face 2a between the cavity side half 2 of the die and a runner plate 4. At the tips of the runners 6 and 7, gates 61 and 71 are provided respectively and at the gates 61 and 71, the adjacent runners 6 and 7 are scatteringly arranged so that their respective flow path lengths are different from each other. The flow path diameter of the runner 71 with a small flow path length is formed smaller than the flow path diameter of the runner 61 with a large flow path length. Thus the injection molding resin flows reach the gates 61 and 71 almost simultaneously and the rapid and uniform filling of the resin from the gates 61 and 71 is accomplished and the weld and molding irregularities are prevented from occurring.
