PURPOSE: A system and a method for relaying connection request for the P2P(Peer-to-Peer) based computer management are provided to make a connection server certify a connected client, to make the client carry out the P2P connection with the agent by transmitting the agent information to the certified client, and to make the client carry out the remote control and the file management of the P2P connected client. CONSTITUTION: Agents(100) are a control object computer including an agent program carrying out the P2P connection through the communication network and controlled by a control instruction of the connected P2P client. The clients(200) are the computer including a client program connected by the P2P through the agent(100) and the communication network, and carrying out the remote control for the agent. A naming server(300) is the server computer intermediating the P2P connection between the agent and the client by comprising a database storing the information of the client and the agent, and a certification module(302) generating a certification key for the agent and the client.
