<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the quality of steel plates capable of performing on-line delivery determination, easily specifying processes causing flaws, and preventing flaw from being overlooked. <P>SOLUTION: A surface flaw inspecting device 1 is installed in each process of a steel plate manufacturing line. A flaw inspection image in each process is sequentially added to a flaw inspection image of the same section in a previous process and stored. A plurality of the flaw inspection images corresponding to the same flaw detected section are displayed in parallel. By this, it is possible to grasp the history of flaws in real time, facilitate examination on the processes causing flaws, and perform on-line delivery determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
