PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable polyolefinic film having a specific gravity of 0.96 or less, excellent in transparency and impact resistance, having heat shrinkability in its circumferential direction, capable of being accurately sorted and recycled by a liquid specific gravity separation method and useful as a packaging material, especially a label or a cap seal, and a plastic container to which the heat-shrinkable label comprising the heat-shrinkable film is attached. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable polyolefinic laminated film is obtained by using a layer comprising a polyolefinic resin with a density of below 0.940 g/cm<SP>3</SP>as an interlayer and providing a surface layer and a back surface layer, both of which comprise a specific cycloolefinic resin and an olefin/vinyl aromatic compound copolymer, on the upper and back surfaces of the interlayer.
