PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading structure for a battery and an exhaust pipe in which local temperature raising of the battery caused by heat from the exhaust pipe is less. SOLUTION: In the structure, the battery 10 is loaded in a cabin 22 and the exhaust pipe 12 of an engine is arranged below a floor panel 16. The battery 10 is arranged at a position where it is not positioned just above the exhaust pipe 12. According to this, since the heat of the exhaust pipe 12 is hardly transmitted to the battery 10 as compared with the case where the battery 10 is positioned just above the exhaust pipe 12, the local temperature raising of the battery 10 caused by the heat from the exhaust pipe 12 is made less.
