PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite type elevator parking allowing entry and exit of a far side even when a front side is operating, capable of enhancing smoothness of the far side without providing a plurality of cages in the far side, separating parking places and entrances (for example, into contracted vehicles and common vehicles), varying the number of common vehicles that can be parked as needed, shortening entry and exit time by enhancing smoothness in each entrance, and flexibly managing the number of stored vehicles. SOLUTION: The composite type elevator parking comprises a far side elevator parking 10 and a front side elevator parking 20 installed in its entry and exit direction fore side. The far side elevator parking 10 has an intermediate drive-in part 11a and a lower drive-in part 11b for entry and exit of a vehicle in an intermediate part and a lower part. The front side elevator parking 20 has a lower drive-in part 21 at the same height as the intermediate drive-in part 11a of the far side, and it has a movable passage floor 22 allowing passage of a vehicle through the lower drive-in part.
