PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil agitator capable of stably agitating soil with low torque while dissolving a possibility of damaging agitation rollers by a large- sized debris, high in agitating work efficiency and facilitating the replacement of a debris removing fork. SOLUTION: When soil is agitated, an operator operates an arm 11 to rotate and to thrust the tip of the debris removing fork 18 into a surface layer of soil. The arm 11 is pulled as it is onto the operator's seat side to dig up the soil. Then the soil passing through clearances b, etc., of the fork 18 is agitated by agitation blades 15, etc., of the rotating agitation rollers 16, 16, and a rock a is raked off by the fork 18. As a result, a possibility of damaging the agitation rollers 16, 16 by the rock a is dissolved, and the soil can be stably agitated with low torque, applying small load to the agitating agitation rollers 16, 16.
