PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water discharge pipe changing adaptor in a mixing faucet capable of easily and later installing a water discharge pipe incorporating a water purifying cartridge therein instead of the water discharge pipe for the mixing faucet without a water purifying function. SOLUTION: The water discharge pipe for the mixing faucet equipped with the trunk 2 having a hot watercourse, a cold watercourse and a mixing watercourse M and a first cylindrical trunk cover for covering a water discharge body forming a discharge watercourse and the trunk 2 is removed from the trunk 2, the adaptor 60 consisting of two members is used for mounting the water discharge pipe consisting of the water discharge pipe body incorporating the water purifying cartridge therein and a second cylindrical trunk cover to the trunk 2, the first member 61 having a watercourse connectable to the hot watercourse, the cold watercourse and the mixing watercourse is mounted on the upper surface (n) of the trunk 2, and the second member 62 has such a cylindrical shape that the trunk 2 and the first member 61 can be inside fitted and that the second cylindrical trunk cover can be outside fitted.
