发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MULTILAYER MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer material provided with a copper-based alloy layer having a dense structure with high strength for bearing, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises: spraying a powder 12 of the copper alloy on a steel sheet 11 moving along a direction of an arrow A; heating and reducing an oxide on the surface of the powder 12 in a reducing atmosphere of a reducing furnace 5; and then, while partially heating and melting the copper alloy powder 12 by irradiating the copper alloy powder 12 with a laser beam from a laser device 6, cooling the molten part with a cooling device 7 by water injection from the back side of the steel sheet 11 to rapidly solidifying the molten part. The copper alloy layer of thus manufactured multilayer material has a rapidly solidified structure with a dendrite structure almost vertically extending from the surface of the steel sheet 11, grain sizes of 0.02 mm or less and/or dendrite arms spacing of 0.02 mm or less.
