PURPOSE: Provided is a fingernail and toenail cutter which has convex or flat cutting blade and allows cut nail parts to have convex or flat form. CONSTITUTION: The cutter comprising a cutting blade(11), a pin(12), a cutter body(top plate)(13), and a lever(14), is characterized in that the cutter has not existing concave form of cutting blade but convex form of cutting blade(11); otherwise the cutter has not both concave and convex forms of cutting blades(11), but flat blade. The cutter allows cut nail parts to have convex or flat form.
