摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and the like for stably manufacturing a sintered member with reduced warpage and waviness using novel spreading bottom powder hardly causing the reaction with a molding even when the high firing temperature is applied. <P>SOLUTION: Ceramic moldings 1 obtained by molding sintering raw material powder of a ceramic or the like into a prescribed shape are laminated through sticking preventing layers 2 composed of a tin oxide component and are fired in the laminated state at a prescribed temperature. Because the tin oxide component is less prone cause to the diffusion into the ceramic molding compared with conventional zirconia or the like, the sticking of the ceramic moldings to each other in the firing is effectively prevented by molding with the tin oxide component interposed. Further, the tin oxide component is suitable as the spreading bottom powder not only as a raw material for sintering the ceramic or the like because of the low reactivity with a sintering tool 3 consisting often of zirconia or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
