<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sufficient illuminance and degree of closing and the stable air-flow distribution of clean air by assuring an effective height in a clean room and holding a ceiling filter material under a stable state, and to easily conduct a maintenance such as the exchange works of a bulb. <P>SOLUTION: A luminair body 20 is housed and held at arbitrary places in ceiling frame profiles 11 by screwing frames 40 holding parts of the luminair body 20 at the arbitrary places of female screws formed along the groove side faces of grooved flanges 15 formed along the longitudinal direction of members on the internal surfaces of upper flanges for the ceiling frame profiles 11, which are disposed crosswise at regular intervals at ceiling-surface places in the clean room and have a sectional shape that undersides are opened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
