PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a hair tonic effective for stimulating the hair papilla to promote the hair growth and suppress the falling off of hairs. SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of plants are selected from pine, fir, nettle, camellia, tea, mugwort and lemon and the extract of the selected plants is used as an active component of the hair tonic. The hair tonic obtained by diluting the plant extract at a dilution ratio of about 3 is sprayed to the head.
