PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image processor which send image data to be sent to the outside, as standard image data without reflecting characteristics of an image display means provided in the image processor, on the image data while realizing faithful color reproduction or preferable color reproduction on the image display means. SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with an image data generation means 1 for generating first image data being image information for each pixel consisting of a plurality of color data, an image processing means 8 including a color conversion means for subjecting the first image data to image processing like color conversion processing, an image display means 2 for displaying an image by using image data consisting of second color data, and an image data sending-out means 3 for sending the first image data to the outside. While the image display means 2 displays an image by using image data subjected to image processing like color conversion, the image data sending-out means 3 sends image data before image processing to the outside.
