PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the state of the hair of a thin-haired person or a person of shining head and increase the hair to make the shining of the head inconspicuous. SOLUTION: Peel of citrus fruits and aloe leaf are immersed in a liquor for about 20 days, the peel and leaf are removed from the liquor and the extract liquor is filtered.
