PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener to fix a panel at a base. SOLUTION: The fastener is provided with a body contained in the base, and a pin inserted in the body through a panel and fixing the panel at the base. The body has a pair of legs incorporating an interference control mechanism operated such that the body is held in the base and controls a force necessary for insertion of the pin of the fastener into the body. A hole formed through the leg of the body part and adjacently to the base of the leg in the fastener and may have a decreased cross sectional part or an elastomer member molded at the base of the leg of the fastener.
