PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object localization system that can accurately and stably specify the position of an object with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A location server 1 controls the lighting state of an infrared tag 3 fitted to a user, each infrared wide-angle camera 5 photographs infrared rays emitted from the infrared tag 3, each video server 4 detects the position of the infrared tag 3 from the photographed infrared image each, and the location server 1 integrates the detected position of the infrared tag 3 for specifying the final position of the user.
