摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection system capable of promptly performing the defect inspection of an inner wall which is cylindrical and has a complicated constitution such as a groove. SOLUTION: As an illumination system in the interior of a cylinder, a light source 210, an optical fiber 212, an optical fiber head 214, an acryl rod 220 and a truncated-cone of the back part of a conic mirror 230 are used. Light from the light source 210 is led by the optical fiber 212 and is made incident on the acryl rod 220 from the fiber head 214. Light from the tip of the acryl rod 220 is reflected by the truncated-cone of the back part of the conic mirror 230 and irradiates the inner wall of the cylinder. The image of the interior of a valve sleeve which is reflected on the conic mirror 230 is taken circumferentially by a CCD camera 250. The inspection of the entire bottom surface of the groove part can be performed only once by the conic mirror 230. Because the interior of the valve sleeve 100 can be inspected circumferentially, a scanning necessary for the inspection is only the scanning of a uniaxial direction and does not need any rotation.
