PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow decontamination, cleaning and dismantlement of equipment without newly build a enclosed space for a waste incineration facility by separately providing a decontamination area for a dismantled member and the enclosed space for dismantling the equipment in the waste incineration facility. SOLUTION: A garbage pit area is decontaminated and cleaned until concentration of dioxins drops below a prescribed value to make it an enclosable decontamination area and an incinerator area is also arranged so as to be enclosed. After dismantling the equipment in the incinerator area, the dismantled members are transferred to the garbage pit in the decontamination area one after another. The dismantled member transferred to the decontamination area is decontaminated and cleaned in the enclosed decontamination area.
