TEMPERATURE CONTROL VENTILATION METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the living environment good by suitably, efficiently and economically controlling the temperature of outside air in taking the outside air from the exterior space of a building into the interior space to ventilate the building. SOLUTION: This temperature control ventilation method includes (a) a process of bringing the outside air into contact with a phase change heat storage material in a path for taking the outside air from the exterior space into an interior space to control the temperature of the outside air, and supplying the outside air whose temperature is controlled to the interior space, and (b) a process of bringing the outside air taken in from the exterior space or air in the interior space to be contacted with a phase change heat storage material to make store heat and then discharging the same to the exterior space.
