PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid driven valve that can appropriately lubricate with simple structure a piston sliding part of a gas spring for energizing a valve element functioning as an intake valve or an exhaust valve of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: An air pump 60 compresses air taken in from the outside, and delivers it to a reservoir tank 61. The compressed air fed from the air pump is accumulated in the reservoir tank 61. The reservoir tank 61 is connected to a pressure chamber 23 of a valve closing air spring 20 through a supply passage 62 and a communicating hole 24 formed in a cylinder 21. The reservoir tank 61 is also connected to a pressure chamber 43 of a valve opening air spring 40 through a supply passage 63 and a communicating hole 44 formed in a cylinder 41. A lubricator 80 is provided for supplying lubricating oil to the supply passages 62, 63 for supplying compressed gas to the pressure chambers 23, 43. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
