摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out an organic reaction at high temperatures and to provide a method for separation with which a reaction product can be separated from a fluorine/organic amphiphilic ether compound that is a reusable solvent after completing the reaction. SOLUTION: The organic reaction using the fluorine/organic amphiphilic ether compound represented by general formula (1): Rf-(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>n</SB>-O-R (wherein, Rf denotes a fluoroalkyl group in which at least one hydrogen atom in a linear or a branched 1-20C alkyl group is substituted with a fluorine atom; R denotes a linear or branched 1-36C alkyl group or a 3-9C cycloalkyl group; and n denotes a number of 0-8) is carried out in the homogeneous phase using the fluorine/ organic amphiphilic ether as a reaction solvent. A fluorous solvent that is an organic compound in which at least a part is substituted with fluorine is then added to the resultant reaction mixture to separate the reaction product form the fluorous solvent and the fluorine/organic amphiphilic ether compound.
