PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered resin sheet which is excellent in suitability for automatic paper feed printing, offers the good finished quality of printing, has practically adequate weather resistance and good thermoformability, and can be appropriately used for an advertising display board with a backlight and a dummy can in an automatic vending machine. SOLUTION: This multilayered resin sheet 11 comprises two kinds of three layers which are composed of an intermediate layer 12 and covering layers 13 laminated on both the sides of the intermediate layer 12; one surface 11a is formed as a mirror surface; and the other surface 11b is formed as a frosted surface. The intermediate layer 12 is formed of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, and the covering layer 13 is formed of a substantially noncrystalline polyester-based resin which is constituted by making 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol substitute for a part of ethylene glycol serving as a component of polyethylene terephthalate. The ratio of the thickness of the intermediate layer 12 to overall thickness is in the range of 30-90%; and in terms of the surface roughness of the frosted surface, a ten point height (Rz) of irregularities, based on JIS B 0601, is≥2μm and≤10μm, and a mean spacing (Sm) between the irregularities is 8μm or less.
