<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device using common parts, and easily setting a guaranteed flow rate range of a flow rate detection means. <P>SOLUTION: A passage weir 40 is installed on a side opposed to an air flow meter 30 in an intake duct 20 equipped with the air flow meter 30. The passage weir 40 blocks a part of an intake passage 21 formed by the intake duct 20. Thereby, intake air flowing from an air cleaner 10 is drawn by the passage weir 40, and then flows into the intake duct 20. An area of the intake passage 21 is easily changed by changing a shape of the passage weir 40. Therefore, without changing the shapes of a case 11 of the air cleaner 10 and the intake duct 20, only the shape of the passage weir 40 is changed, so that the guaranteed flow rate range of the air flow meter 30 can be set. Thus, regardless of the guaranteed flow rate range, the air cleaner 10 and the intake duct 20 can be used commonly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
