PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve load on the refrigeration side. SOLUTION: A first heat exchange means 23 of a cold storage-side evaporator 21 by a refrigeration cycle on the cold storage side exchanges heat with an evaporated refrigerant to supply a brine solution to a cold storage showcase 12. A second heat exchange means 24 exchanges heat with a liquid refrigerant from a common high-pressure liquid pipe 6 to bring the liquid refrigerant into a supercooled state. A refrigeration-side evaporator 22 introduces the liquid refrigerant brought into the supercooled state to exchange heat with the evaporated refrigerant by the liquid refrigerant in the supercooled state and supplies a brine solution to a refrigeration showcase 18 to improve the total efficiency including the cold storage side and the refrigeration side.
