PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for processing the measured data, capable of automatically grouping the data having a specific measured value by processing the measured data calculated by m-line n-row matrix format. SOLUTION: This method includes a matrix creating process (S3) for forming the matrix specifying the shape changing area for creating the measured data matrix (Fig. 5) indicating the measured data (Fig. 4) by matrix, and the matrix (Fig. 6) for specifying the shape changing area of same line and same row (by a unit for forming matrix specifying shape changing area), and further recording different numerical values (numbers) by each cell of the matrix (Fig. 6), a filtering process (S4) for comparing the data of each cell of the measurement data matrix with a threshold value (by using a first and second filters 13, 15), and creating a blank space on the cell in the matrix specifying the shape changing area, corresponding to the cell in which the measured data of less than the threshold value exists, and processes (S5-S7) for unifying the numerical values of a plurality of continued cells which are not blank space in the matrix specifying the shape changing area, to a minimum numerical value (by a cell number converting unit 16).
