PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving pipe of a low-temperature tank which smoothly discharges a involved gas, improves the charging efficiency, and prevents the lowering of the internal pressure of a tank. SOLUTION: This receiving pipe 10 has the shape of a straight pipe of a predetermined diameter having a funnel part 11 opened into the tapered shape at its upper end, and a discharge pipe 12 at its lower end, and supported on a membrane 1A of an inner wall of the tank 1 by a supporting member now shown in a drawing, in a state of being inclined by a predetermined angle:θfrom a vertical state.
