PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide opposed track joints in which an inner joint member and an outer joint member can be assembled in a generally axially aligned state. SOLUTION: A constant velocity fixing ball joint in the form of the opposed track joints comprises the outer joint member 11 having an outer track 16, the inner joint member 21 having an inner track 26, torque transmit balls 36 housed in a paired track having the outer track and the inner track, and a ball cage (31) having a cage window (34). A first outer track 16<SB>1</SB>and a first inner track 26<SB>1</SB>move separately from each other in a first axial direction R<SB>1</SB>toward the connecting end of the inner joint member 21 and hold a first ball 36<SB>1</SB>. A second outer track 16<SB>2</SB>and a second inner track 26<SB>2</SB>move separately from each other in a second axial direction R<SB>2</SB>toward the connecting end of the outer joint member 11 and hold a second ball 36<SB>2</SB>. A holding element 35 inserted into the outer joint member 11 forms a second stop and guide surface 38 for a spherical outer surface 23 of the inner joint member 21.
