摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing an alloyed hot dip galvanized steel plate wherein uneven alloying does not occur on the surface of a steel plate even when rapid cooling and/or rapid heating, such as roll cooling or induction heating, are applied. SOLUTION: In this production apparatus, after the surface of a cold rolled steel plate is hot-dip galvanized, the plate is subjected to an alloying treatment using an alloying furnace having an induction heating apparatus with a height of 3.0 m or less; and a soaking pit is installed at the foregoing stage of a hot dip galvanizing pot. Preferably, the soaking pit is kept at 300°C-500°C and has such a line length as capable of maintaining the temperature of the steel plate constant for at least 20 sec. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
