PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous baking unit for a porous body sheet of a heat-resistant alloy and a method for manufacturing the same by which the porous body sheet of a long size comprising a heat-resistant alloy powder can be manufactured continuously, a cost reduction can be performed by mass production, efficiency of sintering energy is high, a high yield is enabled by reducing an incidence rate of an off-specification product, and a mixed powder can be used as a substitute for the heat-resistant alloy powder. SOLUTION: There are provided a continuous degreasing furnace 12 and a continuous carbon furnace 14 disposed continuously in series with each other, a roller hearth 16 provided between them, and gas exhausting openings 12b, 14b provided on a down-stream end of the continuous degreasing furnace and on an up-stream end of the continuous carbon furnace, respectively. A temporary baking step (D) and a real baking step (E) are carried out continuously, by heating and degreasing a green sheet at 700-1,000°C under the atmosphere of a reducing gas and by sintering a metal powder in the temporary baking step (D), and furthermore, the real baking step (E) is performed at 1,200-1,300°C in the carbon furnace under the atmosphere of argon.
