PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winder capable of easily winding tightly or rewinding a recording paper for storage used in a register. SOLUTION: A revolving shaft 6 having a slot 7 in the axial direction is coupled with a rotary shaft of a motor 3, and a power supply 5 to feed current to the motor 3 is provided through a power switch 4, and the motor 3, the power switch 4, and the power supply 5 are housed in a case 2 having a disc- shaped flange 1 in such an arrangement that the revolving shaft 6 is protruded from the center of the flange 1.
