PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image compression due to relative delay of the conveyance speed of the photo sensitive material of the laser exposing unit with respect to the laser beam scanning speed derived from setting of the conveyance speed of a photo sensitive material of a laser exposing unit at the same speed as the conveyance speed of a photosensitive material of a developing processing unit for achieving miniaturization of a photography processing unit. SOLUTION: Interposed exposure of image data of the next line on image data for one line derived from relative delay of the conveyance speed of a photosensitive material 1A with respect to the rotation rate of the polygon mirror 118 suppressed by randomly using the reflection surfaces of a polygon mirror 118.
