PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect occurrence of abnormality such as a stick failure, and to previously detect a fact that a vehicle can not travel in occurrence of a signal failure or a fact that a tie-up state is formed. SOLUTION: This device has: an operation valve for selectively feeding or blocking oil pressure to an oil passage on the downstream side; a hydraulic detection part for detecting the oil pressure in an oil passage L-32 on the downstream side of the working valve; a buffer member disposed between the passage L-32 and the hydraulic detection part for buffering the oil pressure acting on the hydraulic detection part. Since the buffer member is disposed between the passage L-32 and the hydraulic detection part, even if stepped oil pressure is generated in the passage L-32, devastating oil pressure is never applied to the oil pressure detection part. Since damage of the oil pressure detection part or oil leakage in the oil pressure detection part never occurs, abnormality such as the stick failure is surely detected when the abnormality such as the stick failure occurs.
