PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an internal negative pressure type air dome mobile and easy to assemble/disassemble; to enable dust, harmful matter and the like generated inside the air dome to be discharged to a predetermined location; and to enable its disassembled components to be transported through a truck entrance/exit. SOLUTION: The internal negative pressure type air dome for use in locations where dust or other harmful matter is likely to be generated includes a built-up, portable dome body 21 capable of being internally depressurized to negative pressure relative to external pressure; an air feeder 29 for feeding air into the dome body 21; a suction device 30 for exhausting air in the dome body 21 out of the dome body; and the truck entrance/exit 31 provided in the dome body 21.
