PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a biodegradable luminous sheet which accumulates energy when irradiated with light, emits light in high brightness, has a long afterglow time, can produce a dark hall to exhibit an advertising function or a specific effect in the dark place, and can be attached to a balloon to fly the balloon while emitting light. SOLUTION: A luminous composition having high brightness comprising an inorganic luminous fluorophor or an organic luminous phosphor and a transparent biodegradable resin is used.
