PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing material composition having excellent weather and stain resistances and applicability. SOLUTION: This sealing material composition consists essentially of a graft copolymer obtained by radically polymerizing a monomer mixture containing 1-30 pts.mass of an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer (B) and 15-90 pts. mass of a vinyl monomer without containing the epoxy group in the presence of 2-80 pts.mass of an oligomer (A) having 0.8-2.2 carboxy groups per molecule at the terminals and 800-20,000 number-average molecular weight, an inorganic filler and a plasticizer.
