PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing elastic copolymer composition which is excellent in shelf stability, has good peroxide crosslinkability and gives a crosslinked material excellent in heat resistance and oil resistance. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing copolymer composition contains: (A) an elastic tetrafluoroethylene/propylene/vinylidene fluoride copolymer; (B) a reaction product of an organic quaternary ammonium hydroxide represented by general formula R<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>R<SP>3</SP>R<SP>4</SP>NOH (wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are same or different and are each a 1-20C hydrocarbon group) with a compound having one phenolic hydroxy group in its molecule; (C) a metal oxide and a metal hydroxide; (D) a crosslinking aid having two or more unsaturated bonds; and (E) an organic peroxide.
