PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper control device that can reduce the inversion sound generated when a wiper blade is inverted. SOLUTION: This wider control device 1 includes a wiper arm moving from a lower inversion position to an upper inversion position when a wiper motor rotates forward, and moving from the upper inversion position to the lower inversion position to swing back and forth on a wiping surface when the wiper motor rotates backward. When the wiper arm swings toward the upper inversion position from the lower inversion position or vice versa, the device 1 controls switching means to be turned on for the preset period of a first time then turned off for the preset period of a second time, and again to be turned on.
