<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain from variation in revolution speed being influenced by aiming at an idler gear and to rotate a follower of an image holding body gear or the like which is constituted to be simple and low in cost and of which rotation is transmitted via the idler gear similar to the follower directly engag ing the driving gear and to lessen to arise bounding and displacement. <P>SOLUTION: The device provides the image holding body gear 81 (follower) coaxially with four image holding bodies (body of revolution), i.e., magenta, cyan yellow and black, respectively and directly engages the driving gear 84 provided on an output shaft 83 of a driving motor (driving resource) 82 with the image holding body gear 81C, and at the same time engages the image holding body gear 81C which directly engages the driving gear via the idler gear 85 with a distinct image holding body gear 81Y. In such a driving device, the device is configured to make one of revolution speed variation period of either the idler gear 85, or the output shaft 83 of the driving motor 82 integer times other revolution speed variation period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
